Thank you for shopping at BakeSouq.pk. Please read our shipping policy to understand how your edible print sheet orders are processed and delivered.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed after confirmation (call, SMS, or WhatsApp).

  • Edible print sheets require design approval before printing.

  • Once the design is approved, printing and packing take 2 to 6 hours depending on workload.

  • Orders confirmed after cut-off time may be processed the next day.

Delivery Areas

We deliver edible print sheets and accessories within:

  • [Add your city name — e.g., Karachi / Lahore / Islamabad]

We also offer nationwide delivery for edible print sheets and non-fragile items using courier services (exception: extremely urgent temperature-sensitive items).

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on:

  • Courier service rates

  • Delivery city

  • Order weight and quantity

Exact delivery charges are shown at checkout or shared during order confirmation.

Delivery Time

Within City Delivery

  • Standard delivery: Same day or next day

  • Urgent delivery: Available (extra charges may apply)

Nationwide Delivery

  • Courier delivery time: 1–4 working days

  • Remote areas may take additional time

Note: Courier delays are beyond our control.

Packaging & Handling

We pack all edible sheets with care to ensure:

  • Moisture protection

  • Temperature safety

  • Crease-free delivery

  • Secure packing during transit

Despite careful packaging, BakeSouq.pk is not responsible for damage caused by courier mishandling or weather conditions.

Order Confirmation

We process your order only after:

  1. Payment confirmation (for out-of-city orders)

  2. Design approval (if required)

Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled automatically.

Delayed Deliveries

Delays may happen due to:

  • Courier issues

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect address or phone number

We will make every effort to keep you updated.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the courier or rider cannot deliver due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Phone switched off

  • Customer unavailable

The parcel may return to us, and additional delivery charges will apply for re-delivery.

Returns on Delivery Damage

Because edible sheets are custom printed and perishable, we cannot accept returns.
However, if the sheet is damaged due to printing error (our fault), we will reprint and resend free of charge.
