Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
Because we sell custom-printed edible sheets, we follow a strict No Return – No Refund Policy.

No Return & No Refund Policy

Since all edible print sheets are:

  • Custom-made

  • Printed as per customer’s design

  • Food-related consumable products

We do NOT accept any returns or provide any refunds under any circumstances once the order is printed or dispatched.

This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or design sent by customer

  • Mistakes in the uploaded file

  • Color variation due to screen differences

  • Delays caused by courier companies

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before printing starts.
Once the sheet is printed, cancellation is not possible.

For out-of-city orders, cancellation is not accepted after payment confirmation.

Reprint Policy (Only if it’s our fault)

Although we do not accept returns, we do offer a free reprint if:

  • There is a clear printing error from our side

  • Wrong size or wrong design was printed by mistake

  • The sheet was damaged before dispatch due to our handling

In such cases, we will reprint the sheet free of cost and dispatch again.
(Delivery charges may still apply depending on location.)

Courier Damage or Delay

We pack all edible sheets with care, but we cannot control:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather effects during transit

  • Handling damage by courier companies

Such issues are not eligible for refund or free reprint.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the customer provides an incorrect address or phone number, and the parcel returns to us, the customer must pay additional delivery charges for re-dispatch.
No refund will be issued.
